My Journey with Yoga, TRE & Breathwork

My healing journey began during a time of intense stress and disconnection—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Searching for more than just a quick fix, I found my way to yoga, and what started as a physical practice soon unfolded into a deep inner transformation. Yoga taught me how to come home to my breath, my body, and the present moment. It gave me tools to soften, ground, and listen.

As I deepened my studies in Hatha Yoga, I became more curious about the body's innate ability to heal. That curiosity led me to TRE®️ (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises)—a powerful somatic process that taps into the body’s natural tremor mechanism to release deeply held stress, tension, and trauma. Through TRE, I discovered a new level of surrender and somatic wisdom that words alone could never access.

To support and deepen this release, I was also drawn to the profound power of breathwork. Working with conscious, intentional breathing helped me shift emotional states, release anxiety, and awaken inner clarity. Breath became my medicine—accessible anytime, anywhere. It connected everything: body, mind, and spirit.

Today, I bring together yoga, TRE, and breathwork as an integrated path to healing and self-discovery. These tools have changed my life, and now I share them to support yours.
